## Job description

Hire Resolve is assisting industrial organizations in hiring experienced controls and automation professionals for multiple roles supporting PLC/HMI, SCADA, and OT systems across manufacturing and process environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and troubleshoot PLC logic, HMI screens, and SCADA integrations
Commission automation systems and support plant/start-up activities
Implement OT networking basics and industrial communications (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, OPC UA)
Drive process optimization, downtime reduction, and control strategy improvements
Maintain documentation, standards, and change control
Requirements
BS in Electrical, Controls, Automation, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
7–15+ years in industrial automation/controls engineering
PLC platforms (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA experience
Hands-on commissioning and troubleshooting expertise
Ability to support on-site needs and occasional travel
