# Fix or remove a job

How you fix or remove a job depends on where it was posted.

## Jobs from an applicant tracking system

If the job came through the feed of your applicant tracking system (ATS) or career site, the source is in charge:

- **To fix it:** change the job in the system itself. On the next feed read, which happens several times a day, Joonow updates the job.
- **To remove it:** close the job in the system. It leaves Joonow after our safety checks, which require two complete reads in a row without the job. See [jobs checked at the source](/en/help/jobs-checked-at-the-source).

Fixing it on Joonow without changing the source does not help: on the next read, the job would come back as it is in the system.

## Jobs posted with a company account

Sign in to your company account and edit or close the job there. The change shows up on the site within a few minutes.

## When to ask for help

Write to us through [Contact us](/en/contact#job) with the job link if:

- the job keeps showing up even after it was closed at the source;
- the job appears twice;
- the job was posted without the company's authorization;
- some information is wrong and you do not have access to the source system.

Jobs suspected of fraud are reviewed first and may be taken down immediately. See [job scams](/en/help/job-scams).

## What about the company page?

The [company page](/en/help/company-page) is built from the open jobs. When you fix or close a job, the page follows the change.
