# Joonow's official channels

Scammers sometimes use Joonow's name to look trustworthy. These are the only places Joonow contacts you from.

## Where Joonow is

- The website is **www.joonow.com**. Look-alike addresses such as "joonow-jobs" or "jobsjoonow" are not Joonow.
- Joonow's emails come from addresses ending in **@joonow.com**, such as nao-responda@joonow.com and contato@joonow.com.
- Support is through [Contact us](/en/contact), with a ticket number.

## Official social media profiles

Joonow only posts on social media from the profiles below, always at the exact address. A profile using Joonow's name that is not on this list is not Joonow, and no Joonow profile sends direct messages offering jobs.

Joonow doesn’t post on social media yet. When it does, the official profiles will appear here, each with its exact address.

## What Joonow never does

- It never charges job seekers anything: no fee, no course, no "kit".
- It never asks for Pix or bank transfers, card details, passwords or codes you get by text or WhatsApp.
- It never contacts anyone on WhatsApp or Telegram to offer a job or ask for documents.

## What about employers?

Employers that post jobs on Joonow talk to you through Joonow itself (messages and application stages). On the job and on the company page, the **Verified company** badge shows that we checked the company's domain. Even so, no legitimate employer charges you to take part in a hiring process.
