As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in helping prospective clients understand their options and feel confident in the solutions available to them. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys connecting with people, building trust through conversation, and contributing to a team focused on strong client outcomes and consistent performance.
Responsibilities
- Present supplemental insurance solutions tailored to client needs and budgets.
- Build relationships with prospective clients through virtual outreach and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals.
Requirements
- Availability to work evenings.
- Access to a laptop or computer and a stable internet connection.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, restaurant or hospitality, call-center work, or other communication-heavy roles is a plus.
- Availability to work weekends is a bonus.
