Role: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Sinking Spring, PA
Exempt

Your Impact:
- Lead facility maintenance and repairs
- Uphold schedules, maintenance budget, and plan equipment, building and staffing needs
- Ensure building and equipment cleanliness standards are met and maintained, and oversee custodial team
- Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems and keep technology up to date
- Assist Maintenance and facility management team in working with contractors, vendors, address maintenance and emergency situations promptly
Your Strengths:
- You have demonstrated experience in maintenance and workload planning
- Experience in HVAC
- You are welcoming and inclusive of others, value individual differences, and love leading a winning team.
- You are excellent at building relationships, working with others, competence, and have strong personal ethics.
- You excel at problem-solving, compliance, safety, and efficiency
