Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to integrate my ATS with Joonow?
Nothing. Joonow charges neither the ATS nor its clients to publish the jobs that arrive through the feed, and there is no contract.
Who can join the program?
Applicant tracking systems (ATS), career sites and platforms that publish jobs from several companies, as long as they have an XML feed at a public URL with the open jobs. See the feed specification.
Do I need one feed per client?
No. A single feed with all your clients' jobs is enough: each job carries the company name, and Joonow creates each company's page. Send separate feeds only for jobs in different languages.
How does applying work?
The "Apply" button takes the person to the job on your site, with utm_source=joonow. Applications happen in your ATS, as always: Joonow receives no résumé or data from people applying to feed jobs.
How long until the jobs show up?
Validation is instant. The request is reviewed within 2 business days; once approved, the feed joins the reading schedule and the jobs show up on the site within minutes of the first read.
What happens if my feed breaks?
The safety valve holds the read when more than 5% of the jobs are rejected or the volume drops more than 30%: nothing is published or closed, and the partner dashboard shows why. Fix the file and request a new read.
How do I follow the results?
In the partner dashboard you see, for each feed, the latest read, live jobs, new and closed jobs, rejected records and why, and apply clicks per month. In your analytics, visits arrive with utm_source=joonow.
How do I remove a client's jobs?
Remove the jobs from the feed: they are closed on the second read in a row without them. To leave the program, talk to us through Contact us.
Can I test the feed before requesting?
Yes, as many times as you like. The validator reads the URL or a file, shows each job's errors and a preview, and stores nothing.
