How much does it cost to post jobs on Joonow?
Nothing. Posting jobs, receiving applications and using the hiring board, the company page and the careers page are free, with no subscription and no credit card.
How do I create a company account?
Go to create a company account, enter your name and work email and open the sign-in link we email you. Then find your company's page or create a new one, publish jobs and invite your team.
I already have a job seeker account. Do I need another one for my company?
No. Recruiters and job seekers use the same Joonow account. On the sign-in screen, choose "I'm an employer" (or open the Sign in as an employer link) and sign in with the same email: you'll go straight to the company area.
My company already has a page on Joonow. How do I take it over?
Pages are built automatically from open jobs. To manage your company's page, create a company account: we confirm your connection to the company, for example with an email address on the company's domain, before granting access. See company page.
How do my company's jobs get to Joonow?
In two ways: through the XML feed of your applicant tracking system (ATS) or career site, which we read several times a day, or by publishing directly on Joonow with a company account. See how jobs get to Joonow.
Can I connect my ATS through an XML feed?
Yes, and the ATS itself handles the integration, for free, through the partner program: we accept Joonow XML (Indeed-compatible), Indeed XML and LinkedIn XML. Build the feed from the specification, check it in the validator and request the integration right there.
Can I fix or remove a job?
Yes. Jobs that come from an ATS are fixed or closed in the system itself, and Joonow follows on the next read. Jobs posted with a company account are edited in the account. See fix or remove a job.
Who receives candidates' data?
When someone applies to one of your company's jobs through Joonow, your company receives the résumé and answers and becomes the controller of that data under the LGPD, responsible for using it only in the hiring process. See the terms of use.
