How you fix or remove a job depends on where it was posted.

Jobs from an applicant tracking system

If the job came through the feed of your applicant tracking system (ATS) or career site, the source is in charge:

  • To fix it: change the job in the system itself. On the next feed read, which happens several times a day, Joonow updates the job.
  • To remove it: close the job in the system. It leaves Joonow after our safety checks, which require two complete reads in a row without the job. See jobs checked at the source.

Fixing it on Joonow without changing the source does not help: on the next read, the job would come back as it is in the system.

Jobs posted with a company account

Sign in to your company account and edit or close the job there. The change shows up on the site within a few minutes.

When to ask for help

Write to us through Contact us with the job link if:

  • the job keeps showing up even after it was closed at the source;
  • the job appears twice;
  • the job was posted without the company's authorization;
  • some information is wrong and you do not have access to the source system.

Jobs suspected of fraud are reviewed first and may be taken down immediately. See job scams.

What about the company page?

The company page is built from the open jobs. When you fix or close a job, the page follows the change.
