Joonow gathers jobs from many sources so job seekers can find everything in one place. If you recruit, your company's jobs can get here in two ways.
Through applicant tracking systems and career sites
Many companies already post jobs in an applicant tracking system (ATS) or on a career site. These systems send Joonow a list of open jobs in XML format, known as a feed.
- We read each feed several times a day.
- New jobs are added, changed jobs are updated and jobs that left the list are closed after our safety checks. See jobs checked at the source.
- When applying, the button takes the person to the job on the original site.
Your ATS does not send jobs yet?
The ATS itself handles the integration, without waiting for anyone, through the free partner program:
- Build the feed following the specification: Joonow XML (Indeed-compatible), Indeed XML or LinkedIn XML.
- Paste the URL into the feed validator and instantly see how many jobs passed and what to fix.
- Request the integration right in the validator. The team reviews it within 2 business days.
- Once approved, the ATS gets access to the partner dashboard, with reads, live jobs and clicks.
Using an ATS that is not part of the program yet? Send this article to the system's vendor.
Directly through a company account
You can also create a company account and publish jobs directly on Joonow. In that case, people apply right here and you receive candidates organized in your account.
What we do with each job
- We organize the title, location, work model, contract and level so the job shows up under the right filters.
- We clean up the description's formatting so it reads well on a phone.
- We show the salary only when the company provides it.
- We gather all of the company's jobs on the company page.
