Frequently asked questions
Is Joonow free?
Yes. Searching for jobs, creating an account, saving jobs, getting alerts and applying through Joonow cost nothing. No legitimate company charges you to take part in a hiring process: if someone asks for money, be suspicious.
Do I need an account to search for jobs?
No. You can see any job without an account. You need one to apply (here or on the company site), save jobs, create alerts and see the results of the AI tools (resume, cover letter and interview).
Why am I sent to another site to apply?
Most jobs come from career sites and applicant tracking systems, and you apply on the site where the job was posted. Before you leave, Joonow shows you that site's address and keeps the job in your applications so you can track it. Learn more in how to apply.
Are the jobs up to date?
We check jobs on the original site several times a day. When a job closes there, it leaves Joonow after two checks in a row, and the job page shows when it was last checked.
Why do some jobs not show a salary?
We show a salary only when the company provides it. We do not make estimates or present averages as if they were the job's salary.
How does AI search work?
Describe the job you want in your own words, such as "customer service in Campinas, part-time". Artificial intelligence turns the sentence into filters, which appear on screen for you to check. See AI search.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete your account in the settings or write to us through Contact us. Account data is deleted within 30 days. See delete your account.
