AdvisaCare is looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide quality skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes.
We are currently hiring for Part-Time, Full-Time, and PRN positions!
Available Shifts
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Monitor patient conditions and document changes in health status.
- Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed care plans.
- Communicate patient updates with families and the clinical care team.
- Provide compassionate support during scheduled 12-hour day or night shifts.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current and valid Michigan RN or LPN nursing license.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Current auto insurance.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
